Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organise the trade exhibition on pharmaceutical and allied sector PHARMAceutical Expo 2005 coinciding 57th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress at Hyderabad. Held during December 2 to 4, 2005 at Hitex City, the expo will be a great occasion for the companies in the pharma sector including machinery and technology to showcase and selling their capabilities and quality.
A regular feature with IPC, PHARMAceutical EXPO is back to the pharma-centric city of Hyderabad after a gap of 5 years. The event is considered a rare chance to discuss, deliberate and network.
More than 200 exhibitors from India and abroad are expected to participate in the event.

Technological advances and equipment from pharma production plant and machinery, infrastructure and accessories, packaging materials & machinery, laboratory equipment, instruments and laboratory wares, bulk drugs, intermediates and formulations, excipients, additives, water treatment and waste management, biotechnology, healthcare products, hospital equipment, research and development and standards, quality control, environment & pollution control, technical publication, trade associations, trade promotion bodies, professional associations, safety equipment, software for pharma industry & management, are to be displayed.
I50 companies exhibited their products and services in the PHARMAceutical Expo 2004. As part of its programme FICCI promoted PHARMAceutical Expo 2004 through its international network of Joint Business Councils and Indian Missions to more than 70 Countries. A special promotion of the exhibition was done in Bangladesh, Nepal and Thailand, resulting in large delegations from these countries. In addition, individual buyers from countries like Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, UAE, Pakistan, Denmark, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Jordan, Mongolia, Morocco etc visited the exhibition, according to official sources.
